Three things I love about Wellington Square Condominiums!

1. Views

Almost every unit in this building has amazing views of the either downtown Denver, the Rocky Mountains, gorgeous Colorado sunrise and sunsets, or a combination of them all.

2. Great Amenities

The building is secure, has a party room, pool, sauna, workout room, and such a great location to walk to the movies, restaurants the grocery store and to the light rail station. that will take you downtown or to DTC in minutes, not to mention the Pepsi Center, and Mile High Stadium.

3.  Location, Location, Location

Not only are you close to the light rail station, you are moments from I-25, which means a 15 minute drive into Downtown Denver, 45 minutes to the Mountains, and about 10 minutes to DTC, for car drivers.

This eleven-story building has one and two bedroom units each with a fireplace and amazing closet space! Many have parking in the underground garage, many have reserved  parking spaces on the lot.  The HOA fees include, heat, air conditioning, basic cable (Comcast), the building amenities (pool, sauna, secure building, party room), grounds maintenance, roof, and insurance.
