West Washington Park or West Wash Park, either way you say it, it’s the neighborhood west of Washington Park.

The West Washington Park neighborhood association is not an HOA covenant community but an active neighborhood group. If you’d like to know more about the group you can check out the WWPNA website here.

The neighborhood boundaries are Broadway to Downing and Speer to I-25. 

West Wash Park is about 3 miles south and just east of downtown. There is easy access into the city on the light rail, by I-25, Broadway/Lincoln, Logan or Washington/Emerson.

Homes in West Washington Park were first built in the 1880s and as you drive the streets, you will see brand new and old homes, condos and apartments mixed together.
