Boulevard One is the last parcel in Lowry to be developed. Boulevard One will become home 800+ individuals. The parcel is slated to hold approximately 120 single family homes, 230 rowhouses or townhouses and 450 apartments, along with a a community plaza, a few parks, retail shops and of course paths to all the surrounding parks and neighborhoods. Lowry Boulevard will extend through the Boulevard One neighborhood and connect Monaco and Quebec.

What I know for sure is that East West Partners and Build Mark, are the developers and are partnering with Sprocket Design-Build to build 36 townhouses/rowhouses along the beautifully landscaped newest portion of Lowry Boulevard during the summer of 2015. The Air Force building were taken down this past autumn. The north south streets (Niagara St, Newport St, Oneida St and Oneida Ct) and the sidewalks are in and there are big piles of dirt and concrete and asphalt.
