Dairy Block – the prettiest alley in Denver is on Wazee between 18th and 19th Street in Downtown Denver.
The new Maven Hotel, Kachina (southwestern restaurant), and Polka Lola Social Club (bar and lounge), upscale and beautiful spaces face Wazee Street. If you exit through the back of the building into the alley or enter the alley on 18th or 19th, you’ll find the prettiest alley in Denver.
The alley will be a mix of retail space and an al fresco food hall called Milk Market in Dairy Block. Food halls have become the rage in the last few years in Denver. Milk Market is the concept of Chef Frank Bonanno. Milk Market will include 15 different restaurants. Food choices will include pizza by the slice, poke, pastries, seafood, fried chicken, sandwiches, salads, pasta, and of course, gelato. A little something for everyone including coffee, whiskey, a meat and cheese shop and some retail therapy.
Dairy Block is set to open Summer of 2018.
