Wow, the Denver Real Estate Market for December 2012 was hot!

As you will see our inventory was VERY low and our sales were up!  Buyers had a hard time finding a house to purchase and when they did, they were in multiple offer situations and this will continue until we see more inventory.

As you see, we have 30% less inventory than we did a year ago.  If you were thinking of selling a year ago, now is the time to look again, has your value gone up? You don’t have any competition, your timing couldn’t be better.  Our DOM (days on market) have gone down by 32%! If you are priced right and willing to sell, your house should be under contract very quickly.

Inventory goes down, prices go up.  Buyers are out there, just waiting, they have made offers and lost, they are pre-qualified and ready.
