Here we are at the end of February and the weather is trying to be nice. We know March is our snowiest month so people tend to wait until after March to sell their houses. The Denver Real Estate Market is still great for our sellers. We are still seeing more houses go under contract and sold than we are seeing being listed, which is normal for this time of year, we just usually don’t have so few houses to sell.  You can see by the Market Snapshot below of the past week, where we are continuing to selling more than we are listing.
