Denver Real Estate Stats for the past week…you see the Under Contract and Sold is still outperforming the New Listing and Back on the Market.  I’m thinking that there must be a handful of people who want to sell their house, but they are waiting until after the Broncos win. I have buyers like every other Realtor in Denver just waiting for right house to come on the market.
