Last night I was in a broker open house in Cherry Creek North. The home was amazing, the details were phenomenal and after we soaked it all in, we checked in with each other to see if anyone had a listing coming on the market that might be a good fit for one of our buyers. The Denver Real Estate Market has had about 800-850 new houses to the market each week until the past two weeks, when it ticked up over 1200 2 weeks ago and over 1100 this week. We are still selling more than we are listing.
