Denver Weekly Wrap Up November 15 – 21, 2015

November 22, 2015 by Amy Cesario

Denver Real Estate Weekly Wrap up! November 15-21, 2015

The week started in Washington Park, looking at property we saw the week before and writing an offer. It’s one of my favorite condos in the neighborhood.

Our weather people put out weather warnings for Monday. When that happens I just get off the roads if I don’t need to be on them. Although most of the metro area did get snow, more to the west and the south, we didn’t get much in Washington Park or Downtown. It was melted by noon. Our first snow of the year and it was gone before noon! That’s my kind of storm.

Tuesday our Slifer, Smith & Frampton Denver team got together for a quick photo shoot and we had a lot of laughs doing it!

It’s that time of year where I start looking at my website and business and evaluating what worked what didn’t and how I’m going to be better next year. One of the best things I implemented into my business this year is using “The Bullet Journal” (not to be confused with Bulleit Whiskey) organizational system to keep me on track. It has been great and I’m starting a new notebook in December so that I can start the year off with a bang! If you love your notebooks and feel like you have notes everywhere and feel like you want to be a little more organized that you already are, I suggest taking a few minutes to watch the video. If is peaks your interest, I suggest watching it again in a day or two and then the third time, start implementing it. I started out with a cheap composition notebook with grid lines to see if I could commit. I bought a new notebook with heavier nicer paper because I love it so much and I don’t want to worry about which pen I use and if it is going to bleed through the cheap paper. It’s a Shinola if you are curious.

By the end of the week, another storm blew in while I was in my Lowry office in Boulevard One. We had rain, sleet and eventually snow.

Saturday I hoped to catch the amazing sunset while showing lofts in Riverfront Park, but the moon shot was better on my drive home!

Thinking you want to love Denver too! Let me know, I’ll help you find a place where you and live, love and laugh!!
