Denver was beautiful and my week was filled with showing homes throughout downtown Denver, from LoHi to Riverfront Park over to Union Station and up through RiNo. I had two clients in from out of town so I don’t have a lot of photos throughout the week. We had a super fun night at the Museum of Contemporary Art and I ended the week in Lowry at our sales trailer in Boulevard One.
I am at our sales trailer in Boulevard One at least once a week and I try to take a different route from home each time. I knew Crestmoor Park would be beautiful so I thought I’d detour through there. As a resident of our Buckley Row townhomes in the Boulevard One neighborhood, you would not only be in walking distance to all of Lowry’s parks and trails, but Crestmoor park is just a quick walk away as well. So as Lowry’s trees fill in, you will still have access to the mature beautiful Denver Public park Crestmoor Park.
Showing in Riverfront Park, loving the views of Downtown Denver. I love this elegant home in One Riverfront. I think the views and the lights from the buildings being built will only add to the amazing views from the ceiling to floor windows.
We had Broker Open in five of Slifer, Smith and Frampton listings in Riverfront. This was one of the Brownstones.
It was a magical evening in the transformed Triangle Building. The building isn’t ready for tenants, but it was ready for the party!
I am lucky to be a part of the Slifer, Smith and Frampton team in Denver. Our “sister” company is East West Partners, who developed Riverfront Park and the Triangle Building, and are building the townhouses, Buckley Row, in Boulevard One.
There is never a dull moment in Denver!
