Green, Sexy, Shared Office Space in Denver

I love when I land in a cool, sexy, exceptional place in Denver. Monday I was meeting with a few people who I haven’t ever met before, in a renovated building and I was WOWed!

The building is as green as you can get. A recycled brick building originally built as a garage for commercial vehicles was gutted this past year and is now a shared office space.  It is ideal for a small business owner, the offices line the perimeter of the building, the conference room is large but not overwhelming.  The kitchen space is enough for everyday coffee and a great space to eat lunch but, it would be ideal to host a large group of people, as well.

All of the materials used inside are recycled, there are no VOCs, the walls are made of pressed wood and recycled paper. There isn’t any paint or drywall in the building, the skylights were installed so the whole space is filled with natural light. The overhead lights are on motion detectors, so they turn on and off as you enter each room and the building has 15 seer heating and cooling. Another nice touch is the shower/dressing room, perfect for that after lunch run and before your 3:00 meeting. After the 3:00 meeting on Friday, I can see the hidden pool table being  a great place to host the last meeting of the day!

Rents start at $700 per month and includes phone, internet, copier use, and the conference room. The office that I saw for $700 would work for two people, so if you or someone you know is looking for a hip, sexy, and professional office, this is a “10” in my eyes!
