How to Lose a Shoe Size

April 20, 2011 by Amy Cesario

single and sexy in denver

I do consider myself an expert in shrinking feet, it happened to me this month.  Most people say their feet got bigger and if you were one of them, I am a little nervous to say this out loud, but take a minute to think, did you also gain 2 dress sizes?

I lost 2 dress sizes, and lost a 1/2 size in my shoe size.

I’m not bragging, I was the skinny girl that was teased because as I was told in sixth grade, I was shaped like a two by four…and to him, that was terrible…to me it was just as traumatizing as being teased for being fat.  Most girls started getting curves, it was many years later for me, but that is a different story for a different day…back to the shoe size.

I was sitting in an airport last month and couldn’t believe what I was seeing. Seriously America, you need drop a few pounds (or maybe ten times two), it will change your outlook, your attitude, and your life!

Yes, you DO want to get back into those cute shoes that are just a little bit too tight….lose some weight and get back into those clothes too, your body and mind will thank you.

Easier said than done?  Maybe. You can set your mind to anything, just make the decision to do it. Make a plan, start cutting out all those things you know that aren’t good for you…you know what they are. Starting feeding that goddess body what it deserves.

I want to see YOU in your sexy sandals this summer and not in the hospital with a heart attack!

Men… fyi, we like you slim, sexy, and most importantly… healthy too.

Thanks Meagan! Maybe a little silly, but I just felt like I had to say it. 🙂
