Sometimes I joke and say “Riverfront Park is the suburb of downtown Denver”. It is just removed from the hustle and bustle of downtown and is adjacent to Commons Park. Riverfront Park has an HOA that takes care of the neighborhood which is why it always looks so pretty. The neighborhood is filled with lofts, condos, townhouses, and views that can’t compare to any other part of the city.
