I renewed the license plates for my car this year and since I moved I needed to change my address as well.  It took a whole 15 minutes to get it done and the gal who helped my couldn’t have been nicer!

How in the heck can that happen you ask?  Well, it was a Tuesday morning at about 10:30, there were only two people in front of me at the Welton location. As I was leaving the room was filling up, timing is everything.  I suppose the gal who helped me still had her sense of humor and wasn’t asked the same stupid question for the 400 time yet that day also helped.  Did you know that 54% of the people in line are there just to renew their plates?

As I was leaving, she said, providing you don’t move again, did you know that next time, you can renew online?
