I will help you build a plan to get your house sold, whether that is in one week or sometime in the future.  We will decide what you house is worth in the current market in the current condition and decided if you need to make updates before placing it on the market.  The plan being that when it goes on the market, it is there to be sold.

Buyers:

I only work with cash buyers or buyers who have been pre-approved. If you have not been pre-approved and would like to work with me, I would be happy to have you talk to one of my lenders and after your paperwork has been completed and your credit has been pulled and you are comfortable with the amount you are qualified for, we can start the search.
