We always say, everything is negotiable in Real Estate. That is why our contracts are written as they are, it isn’t a one size fits all transaction. There are at least 150 points in the Colorado Real Estate Contract that might be considered negotiation points.
After 15 years of selling real estate and negotiating many more transactions than I have closed, I took this course and found that I had used good skills over the years. I also learned many new skills that I am excited to take forward in negotiating for my clients!
As our real estate duties change, one thing remains the same. We work hard for our clients to get them what they want, location, style, price, condition just to name a few details. We negotiate daily and hourly, we work with many different personalities and styles, you want a REALTOR who does it well. You don’t want a paper pusher or just a plain old pushover, you want someone who is working for you, in your best interest 100% of the time.
Experience is good, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) is better!
