It’s that time of year, all the statistics from our previous year of sales are announced and celebrated. I’m thrilled. Last year I sold more homes than in the past 14 years of selling homes and I received a 5 star rating from my clients again this year!  There are many ways an agent can be rated and at my company we hire a third party to send the questionnaire, to the parties that either purchased or sold through us. We don’t send out an email to our entire database asking anyone and everyone to rate us, we ask those who have used us.
