If you’re Single and Sexy in Denver and are ready to get your Summer Sexy on, one of my favorite things to do in downtown Denver is sit on the patio and eat and drink. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Denver has the perfect weather, no bugs, not too humid, not too hot, some are dog friendly, some are not. We have 5-Star restaurants and I will tell you about them later, and we have perfectly fabulous dive patios, and I will tell you about those too.

I love this photo of Ocean Prime all the color and action on an 80 degree late March evening. We had drinks and appetizers there a week before, it was a little cooler that evening, but they had the heaters on and it was a great night filled with bubbly drinks, smoking drinks, flowery drinks (we tried all of them of course)…you name it, they have it and so can you!

Being on the corner of 15th and Larimer, the people watching with great company can be an event in itself, we were accidentally flashed by the cute gal getting out of her car, we saw small groups of men, and women, couples, old and young, people dressed to the nines, and then there were the joggers.  Loud talking overserved ladies, loud talking hard of hearing old couple, and then of course there was a couple who definitely wasn’t talking.

Larimer Square is always a fun and easy place for action if you’re looking for it!

When people talk about LoDo, this is the center of the attraction.  Condos within walking distance to “LoDo” are currently (4-2-2012) priced from $192,000 (appx 590 square feet) to $2.5M (appx 7,000 Sq Feet).
