In the Denver Housing Market June 2022 we are coming out of the crazy Pandemic market and are moving into a more normal market – time will tell. To be balanced we still need 9,000 more homes to be on the market and active. We are up to 9 whole days on the market. We aren’t having as many showings and offers per property. This is good!

The Coloradan and Downtown Denver Housing Market Update | April 2022

The downtown market isn’t as crazy as the rest of the city and suburbs. Homes are selling, just not as fast as the rest of the city, which isn’t unusual and most downtown areas across the country are the same.
Once our downtowns are revived again with our tourists, students, and business people I know this will change.
In the meantime, downtown is probably the best investment in the city because the prices stayed relatively flat for the past couple of years. That will change…
