The downtown market isn’t as crazy as the rest of the city and suburbs. Homes are selling, just not as fast as the rest of the city, which isn’t unusual and most downtown areas across the country are the same.
Once our downtowns are revived again with our tourists, students, and business people I know this will change.
In the meantime, downtown is probably the best investment in the city because the prices stayed relatively flat for the past couple of years. That will change…
